CLA, Conjugated Linoleic Acid, is a related to the omega-6 fatty acids, one of the two types of essential fatty acids. Numerous physiological effects have been observed from CLA. These effects are attributed to our 90 % active isomers :[cis-9,trans-11] and [trans-10,cis12].
Recommended dose: 1 softgel 2-3 times per day or as directed by a healthcare practitioner. Keep out of children’s reach.
