Old Fashion’s Almond Powder is blanched, ground almond meal from whole nuts, without the addition of oil, fat, salt, or sugar. Almond powder is milk-like and nutty in flavor, and though finely ground, this product does retain a slightly grainy texture. Almond powder is ideal for baked goods.
