INGREDIENTS: White Kidney/Cannellini Beans.
DIRECTIONS: Pick over and rinse. Bring to a boil in 3 parts of water to 1 part of white kidney beans for about 10 minutes, and then allow them to soak. Cook further for 2 to 2 ½ hours or until tender. You can use the same proportion of water to beans and cook for 20-25 minutes in a pressure cooker at full pressure.
