DIRECTIONS – ADULTS:
Take two (2) capsules, 30 to 60 minutes before or at bedtime or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.

Consult a healthcare practitioner if symptoms persist or worsen, or if sleeplessness persists continuously for more than 4 weeks (chronic insomnia).
