The essential oil of Eucalyptus – Blue Gum is known to reduce respiratory distress and is particularly helpful when diffused as winter approaches as it can facilitate breathing.
Eucalyptus Blue Gum essential oil is used in aromatherapy to soothe respiratory discomfort.

SUGGESTED USE:
Inhalation Add 4 to 12 drops to a bowl of steaming hot water/facial steamer. Inhale slowly for 5-10 minutes once a day.
