DIRECTIONS: Sprinkle over salad, soup, cereal, yogurt, and avocado toast. Toss into pancakes and baked goods. Blend into smoothies or with water for a delicious dairy alternative. For a more pronounced flavor, toast hemp hearts in a dry skillet over medium flame, shaking frequently, until warm and fragrant.

No-Bake Energy Bites
Makes 16 bites
- 1/4 cups Organic Rolled Oats
- 1/4 cup Organic Hemp Hearts
- 1/2 cup nut butter of choice
- 1/4 cup pure maple syrup
- 1/3 cup add-ins of choice
Mix all ingredients in a large bowl until well incorporated. Cover and chill for 30 minutes. Roll into 16 balls. Store in a sealed container and refrigerate for up to 5 days. You can use different add-ins to create different flavored bites. Try using trail mix, white chocolate and dried cranberries, or dark chocolate and coconut flakes.
