Grape seeds have been used for their medicinal and nutritional values for thousands of years. Grape seed extract contains high levels of oligomeric proanthocyanidins and has been proven to reduce the sensation of leg swelling and other CVI symptoms.

Magnesium is one of the minerals found in the highest concentrations in the human body. It plays a role in neuromuscular transmission and muscle contraction.
