Recommended Dose (Adults): Take 1 Tbsp. (15ml) twice daily with water, or as directed by a health care practitioner. Take a few hours before or after taking other medications. Best taken on an empty stomach, away from food.

Calcium (Calcium gluconate, calcium lactate) – 330 mg
Magnesium (Magnesium lactate) – 160 mg
Boron (Boron citrate) – 2000 mcg
