Each gum tablet contains:

Medicinal ingredient: BLIS K 12® Probiotic (S. Salivarius)…………………………..500,000,000 CFU
Non-Medicinal ingredients: Isomalt, gum base, organic natural flavours, xylitol, calcium stearate, malic acid, steviol glycosides.

Recommended Use or Purpose: Promotes oral health through the re-colonization of friendly bacteria in the oral cavity (mouth). An oral probiotic for re-colonization of the oral cavity after antibiotic treatment. Following oral antimicrobial rinsing, S. salivarius BLIS K12® supplementation helps reduce volatile sulfur compound levels (halitosis).

Recommended Dose (Adults & children): For oral health, chew one gum tablet daily for 5-10 minutes. Do not swallow gum. If you are on antibiotics take 2-3 hours before or after. Use for a minimum of three days.

Risk Information/ Cautions & Warnings: Don’t take if you have a serious medical condition without first consulting your health care practitioner. If you have fever, vomiting, bloody diarrhea or severe abdominal pain, consult a health care practitioner prior to use. If symptoms of digestive upset (e.g. diarrhea) occur and/or persists beyond 3 days, discontinue use and consult a health care practitioner. If symptoms of ear, nose or throat infections (e.g. fever, sore throat) occur, discontinue use and consult a health care practitioner.

Contra-Indications: If you are taking aminoglycoside antibiotics (e.g. kanamycin; gentamycin; streptomycin), do not use this product. If you have an immune-compromised condition (e.g. AIDS, lymphoma, patients undergoing long-term corticosteroid treatment), do not use this product.
