Recommended dose:
Adults take 1 teaspoon (5.9g) daily, mixed in hot water. Once added to water, Magnesium Carbonate, L Glycine and Citric acid react. Ratio is 2 molecules of glycine to 1 molecule of magnesium to form Magnesium Bisglycinate. Citric acid helps drive the reaction.
Non-medicinal ingredients:
Citric acid, raspberry flavour, xylitol.
