For a cool and creamy salad dressing, mix with sour cream and milk. Perfect as a dry rub to bring another layer of flavor to potatoes, roasts or fried chicken breading.
Prep Time: 5 minutes
Makes about 2 cups/500 mL dressing or 16 servings.
1 package of Watkins Organic Salad Dressing Mix
1 1/2 cups/375 mL sour cream
1/2 cup/125 mL milk
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix until well blended. For best results, refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving. Refrigerate any leftovers.
A quick tip: use the dry mix to season potatoes or add to breading mixtures for fried chicken, pork or beef.
For an extra rich dressing or dip, replace 1/2 cup/125 mL of the sour cream with 1/2 cup/125 mL mayo in the above instructions and prepare as directed.
