INGREDIENTS:
Yerba Maté*, Sencha (green tea)*, Eluthero Root (Siberian Ginseng)*, Guarana Seed*, Matcha *Organic Ingredients
BREWING INSTRUCTIONS:
Teabags: Place your large tea bag in a cup of hot (not boiling) water. Steep 4-5 minutes. Cardamom Chai yerba maté tastes great with milk (even almond or soy) and your favorite sweetener (we prefer honey).
Loose: Allow 1 tablespoon of loose maté for each cup of tea. Steep in hot (not boiling) water & strain after 4-5 minutes. French presses, espresso machines, and tea balls can also be used to brew loose maté.
